On March 5, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias attended the inauguration of the new facility, INDESA 2010.
Upon their arrival the royal couple were not exactly warmly welcomed. The people screaming outside the facility were protesting the company’s crappy working conditions.

On March 5, 2013, Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan arrived in Ankara, Turkey for a two-day official visit at the invitation of the President of Turkey, Mr. Abdullah Gül.
After a welcoming ceremony at the Ankara International Airport and a brief visit to the Mustafa Kemel Atatürk mausoleum His Majesty participated a meeting with President Gül at the Çankaya presidential palace.
Discussions focused on bilateral and regional issues as well as the crisis in Syria in which he called for “…a comprehensive political solution that puts an end to the bloodshed and restore the security and stability in Syria, and preserve the unity of its people and territory.” His Majesty also “…expressed concern over the security of Jerusalem and its holy sites [Muslim and Christian]…” according to various sources.
Meanwhile, Her Majesty Queen Rania attended a luncheon with First Lady Hayrünnisa Gül inside the Ottman Hall at the Çankaya presidential palace.
In the evening, Their Majesties attended a gala dinner held in their honor.

Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline of Hanover in Paris, France.
On March 5, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline of Hanover attended the Chanel Fall/Winter 2013 RTW collection held at the Grand Palais in Paris, France. The princess also attended the Pringle Of Scotland Archive Collection presentation held at the Salon France-Ameriques.
TRHs Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde of Belgium Visit the Province du Brabant Flamand.
On the morning of March 5, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde of Belgium visited the Province du Brabant Flamand. The purpose of their visit is to “…to discover new projects and encourage local initiatives.”
According to the Belgian royal court, the prince and princess visited the Olympia dairy company in Herfelingen, toured an educational center in Gooik, attended a reception held in their honor and much more.
His Majesty King Albert II and Prince Philippe of Belgium Hold Audiences.
On March 5, 2013, His Majesty King Albert II of Belgium held an audience with the Ministre du Budget and Simplification administrative, Mr. Olivier Chastel, at Château de Laeken.
Later, His Majesty accepted the resignation of Belgian Finance Minister, Mr. Steven Vanackere. Mr. Vanackrere is “…linked to a scandal concerning the state-owned Belfius bank…” As a result of Mr. Vanackere’s departure the Belgian royal court announced that His Majesty has “…nominated Mr. Koen Geens to serve a the new finance minister.”

Meanwhile, His Royal Highness Prince Philippe of Belgium held an audience with the Prime Minister of Thailand, Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra, and the Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Surapong Tovichakchaikul.
Prince Philippe also attended the Righteous Among the Nations ceremony held at the Palais d’Egmont in Brussels.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge visited Grimsby. During her visit the lovely duchess toured the “…National Fishing Heritage Centre, met the crew from the Humberside Fire and Rescue Service and officially opened the Havelock Academy.”
