His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales Visits Scotland. (VIDEOS)

On October 9, 2012, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales (also known as the Duke of Rothesay) was in Scotland to participate in several events.

During his visit the prince opened the Knockando Woollen Mill in Moray where he met with staff, trustees and volunteers.  Afterward, the duke unveiled a memorial to the Women’s Land Army.  He also met with “… representatives of the Crown Estate, the NFU and others involved in the creation and maintenance of the Memorial…”

At the end of the day, the Prince of Wales “… visited Aberlour in celebration of the village’s bi-centenary. “  Whilst there he also “… met representatives of the Aberlour bi-centennial committee, local school children and members of the local community. The prince also unveiled a plaque and viewed the Aberlour Coat of Arms Mosaic, created by children from Aberlour Primary School to commemorate the bi-centenary.”
