On September 12, 2012, His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain presented the XXIII Premio FIES de Periodismo (journalism prize) to writer and columnist, Mr.Juan Manuel de Prada. The ceremony, held at Palacio de la Zarzuela, was attended by the Board of Trustees of the Spanish Institutional Foundation as well as “… members of the award jury.”
Mr.Juan Manuel de Prada won this year’s award for his outstanding article entitled, Monarchy, published last year.
