On Monday, May 4, 2015, Kensington Palace announced the name of Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s newborn daughter: Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
The precious little one — who was born on Saturday, May 3, 2015, at St. Mary’s Hospital in London — will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
On Saturday, May 2, 2015, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II arrived at Richmond Castle in North Yorkshire to attend the Amalgamation Parade of The Queen’s Royal Lancers and 9th/12th Royal Lancers.

On Saturday, May 2, 2015, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to a healthy baby girl at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s daughter was born at 8:34 A.M. and weighed 8lbs 3oz. Mother and daughter are doing well.
The little princess, who is now fourth in line to the throne, is the first granddaughter for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and the late Diana, Princess of Wales. She is also the fifth great-grandchild of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh.
