Palais PrincierOn the afternoon of July 6, 2013, His Serene Prince Albert II of Monaco arrived at the Sporting d’Hiver in Monte-Carlo to visit the special exhibition, Dangerous Luxury.

The exhibition, designed by the Campana Brothers, was created especially for the 150th anniversary of the Societe des Bains de Mer.  According to the Monaco-based events site, MaBoum, the exhibition:

“…reflects on the concept of luxury in the context of everyday objects. Works combine diamonds, leather and bronze, with natural materials from the Brazilian decorative tradition. The exhibition also features a selection of furniture from the Brazilian Baroque Collection.”

Afterward, the sovereign prince accompanied by Princess Charlene arrived at the Monte-Carlo Beach restaurant where they had a nice lunch on “Le Deck.”
