On July 1, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall began their five-day visit to Wales. The Prince of Wales began his day with a visit to the Llandovery Work Hub where he met with “…members of the Llandovery Development Partnership and local council representatives and visited the Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters where he presented Long Service medals…” according to the official website for prince.
Meanwhile, The Duchess of Cornwall toured “…Wales’s largest independent publishing house, Gomer Press.” The lovely duchess also hosted a tea party for “…children and their families from Dreams and Wishes, a charity which supports seriously ill young people.”
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall also visited Dylan Thomas Boat House this afternoon where they met with museum employees and other officials.
