Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II hosted a gala state banquet at Windsor Castle on November 27, 2012, in honor of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait’s three-day state visit to England.
Guests in attendance included Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, and His Royal Highness The Duke of York to name a few.
Meanwhile, in London, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was at the Natural History Museum to attend the opening of the new Treasures Gallery.
On November 27, 2012, His Royal Highness Prince Philippe of Belgium began his three-day economic mission to New Zealand. The prince is accompanied by several Belgian government officials and 147 business representatives.
Their Royal Highnesses Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg visited the Centre National de l’audiovisuel in Dudelange on November 27, 2012.

On November 27, 2012, His Royal Highness Prince Felipe of Asturias opened the 2012 Asamblea General de Cámaras held at the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid.
In his opening speech, the future king of Spain spoke about the economic crisis and the rising unemployment in his country:
“Unemployment is a harsh and painful reality in our country that affects millions of people of all ages, but particularly preys on young people… there are thousands of small businesses that have disappeared, causing a significant gap in a business network that is key to economic growth and creating jobs.”
Well, that’s depressing.
Thankfully, he gave words of encouragement to the 1,700 attendees who attended today’s event stating, “… there is no reason to lose confidence in the ability of the Spanish to change things, to recover, to overcome the difficulties.”
Her Royal Highness Princess Letizia of Asturias attended the inauguration of the XV Congreso Estatal de Voluntariado held at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre on November 27, 2012. This three-day conference was organized by the Gobierno Vasco y la Plataforma del Voluntariado de España del Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad.
Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden visited the exhibition, Princess Estelle: Birth and Baptism, held at the royal palace in Stockholm on November 27, 2012. Her Majesty was given a private tour of this exhibition which ends on March 3, 2013.

On Tuesday, November 27, 2012, Her Royal Highness Princess Maxima of the Netherlands was in Den Bosch to attend “… the presentation of the 1000th Apprenticeship in the framework of the Regional Action Plan (RAP) conference…” according to RVD.
The RAP helps students find apprenticeships “… which they are qualified for…” Click here to watch a video news report (in Dutch).
And, finally, the princess made a brief visit to the dance and theatre company, Shake It! Academy of Project Waa, in Nijmegen. During her visit Princess Maxima held a meeting with employees of the company to discuss “… future plans for the academy …”
