On November 17, 2011, H.R.H. Princess Mathilde of Belgium was in Molenbeek-Wersbeek where she visited a community center, De Vaartkapen Caleidoscoop, to participate in the literacy project, “A to Z”. The project includes literacy classes open to anyone with the objective of social integration of single parents of young children who are not in school.
