News Regarding TSHs Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco.

MonacoACOn Tuesday, December 17, 2013, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco arrived at the headquarters of the Croix-Rouge Monégasque to present Christmas gifts to dozens of Monégasque children and adults.

Thereafter, the princely couple visited the Centre de Gérontologie Clinique Rainier III — located at the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace — to meet, spend time, and distribute gifts to the elderly living at the center.

In the afternoon, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene attended a special memorial Mass at the Cathédrale de Monaco for the late Nelson Mandela.

His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco Attends the Screening of the 1971 Documentary, Weekend of a Champion. Plus, Other News.

SAS le Prince AlbertOn December 16, 2013, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline of Hanover arrived at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco to attend the screening of the 1971 documentary, Weekend of a Champion.

The newly restored documentary, directed by Mr. Frank Simon and Mr. Roman Polanski, tells the story of Formula 1 racer, Mr. Jackie Stewart.  For more information about the documentary please click here.

And, finally, the Palais Princier released a new official photo of the sovereign prince and Princess Charlene of Monaco.  The photo was taken inside the Palais Princier during last month’s Fête Nationale celebrations. Please click here to view the image.

Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands Attends a National Tribute in Honor of Nelson Mandela.

beatrixOn December 15, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands arrived at the Stadsschouwburg in Amsterdam to attend a national tribute to the late Nelson Mandela.

According to RVD, Sunday’s tribute to the former South African President and Nobel Peace Prize winner was “…an initiative of ZAM Africa Magazine, the platform for African renewal…”
