On December 11, 2013, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway arrived at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo to participate in the 2013 Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) Conference.
According to the official website for the NORAD conference this year’s theme is “…the results of aid for health and education. The conference will show what results have been achieved and what still remains.”
On Wednesday, December 11, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall hosted a reception at Clarence House for “…youngsters and their carers from Helen and Douglas House…”
During the event, the lovely duchess and her guests decorated a Christmas tree according to the Associated Press.
On December 11, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands and Her Royal Highness Princess Mabel of Oranje-Nassau attended the 2013 Prins Claus Prijs held at the Koninklijk Paleis in Amsterdam.
The winner of the prize went to the late Egyptian poet, Mr. Ahmed Fouad Negm.

On the morning of December 11, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium arrived at Château de Laeken to attend a reception for “…the suppliers holding a Fournisseurs Brevetes (Royal Appointment)…” according to AFP News.
In the afternoon, Her Majesty accompanied by His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium and Their Royal Highnesses Prince Laurent and Princess Claire of Belgium attended a Christmas concert held at Palais de Bruxelles
Guests listened as Mr. Ludovic Morlot conducted the Orchestre Symphonique de la Monnaie and soloists from the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth performed various works.
