After a long day touring East Yorkshire Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall arrived back in London to visit Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and, of course, the royal baby at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Earlier in the day The Duchess of Cambridge’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, also visited their new grandchild.  Upon leaving the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s the grandparents beamed with pride as hundreds of reporters bombarded them with questions.  When asked about the royal baby Mrs. Middleton smiled and said, “…absolutely beautiful…”

On July 23, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall arrived in East Yorkshire for a one-day visit to the region.

The day began with their arrival in Bugthorpe where the royal couple met with locals and government officials before heading off to visit the Uncleby Education Centre in Kirby.

The royal couple also visited the town of Bridlington.  Whilst there The Prince of Wales met with “…fisherman and members of the local community at the Harbour while The Duchess of Cornwall met with representatives of local charities and community groups at Bridlington Spa…” according to Clarence House.  The prince and the duchess also attended the 900th anniversary celebrations of the Bridlington Priory as well as met the local residents in Withernsea just south of Bridlington. 

And, finally, The Prince of Wales visited the village of Burton Fleming where he met with “…emergency workers and members of the community who were affected by the January 2013 floods…”

News Regarding TRHs Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias. (VIDEO)

On the afternoon of July 23, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias arrived at the Complejo Cultural San Francisco in Cáceres, Spain to preside over meeting with eighty directors of the Centros del Instituto Cervantes.

Created in 1991 by the Spanish government the purpose of the Instituto Cervantes is to “…promote the Spanish language and to contribute to the advancement of the cultures of all Spanish speaking countries and communities.”
