TIHs Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako of Japan On Their Way to the Netherlands! (VIDEO)

On Sunday, April 28, 2013, Their Imperial Highnesses Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako of Japan departed from Haneda Airport in Tokyo to begin their long journey to the Netherlands.

The imperial couple will be attending the upcoming inauguration of His Royal Highness Prince Willem-Alexander of Oranje on April 30, 2013, at the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam.  The visit will last six-days and depending on Crown Princess Masako’s health she may attend other celebrations in the Netherlands according to the Imperial Household Agency.

  1. I’m so happy for her and I love how they are really couple. I think he supports her as much as he can. Glad they finally have some time together away from the gilded cage.🙂

  2. They have been in the Netherlands before and I heard that she loved it. Away from the cage, Dutch are very very grounded people and she was stunned by the amount of freedom that the Dutch Royals have. Hope she will feel better
