On April 11, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Willem-Alexander of Oranje and Princess Maxima of the Netherlands attended a concert entitled, Perpetual Peace, held at the Domkerk in Utrecht. The purpose of the concert is to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Treaty of Utrecht.
Tonight’s performance included works by Georg Friedrich Händel, Johann Sebastian Bach, and William Croft to name a few.
On April 12, 2003, His Royal Highness Prince Laurent of Belgium married Ms. Claire Louise Combs at the Cathédrale Saints-Michel-et-Gudule in Brussels, Belgium. Anyway, in honor of the royal couple’s 10th wedding anniversary the Belgian program, Place Royale, uploaded several videos about the royal couple’s happy day all those years ago.
Meanwhile, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mette-Marit was in Oslo where she attended the opening of the new Fontenehuset Oslo Østs, “…a place that offers rehabilitation of people with mental illness. On April 11, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Maxima of the Netherlands, in her capacity as a member of the Dutch Committee for Entrepreneurship and Finance, attended the Week of the Entrepreneur held at the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht.

“…a roundtable discussion on alternative forms of financing for entrepreneurs. Participants in the roundtable are entrepreneurs and providers of alternative forms of business financing.”

Here is a video news report regarding Their Imperial Highnesses Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako of Japan. Apparently, Their Imperial Highnesses were invited to the upcoming inauguration/investiture of His Royal Highness Prince Willem-Alexander of Oranje on April 30, 2013 in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, a decision has yet to be made. Nevertheless, I do believe Crown Prince Naruhito will attend though Crown Princess Masako will not. The Imperial Household Agency (IHA) will no doubt claim that she is still to ill to travel outside of the palace or her room for that matter. Poor woman.
