HM Queen Rania of Jordan Visits a School in Madaba.

Queen RaniaHer Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan visited the Al Ma’mounieh Secondary School for Boys in Madaba in central Jordan this morning where she met with “…teachers, students, parents and local community leaders who had worked together to improve the health standards in the school… ”

The Al Ma’mounieh Secondary School for Boys recently received the gold accreditation in the Healthy School Accreditation Program implemented by the Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) according to the Petra News Agency.

HM Queen Sofia of Spain Attends a Meeting with UNICEF España.

HMSofiaHer Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain, as Honorary President, presided over a special meeting with UNICEF España Board of Trustees this afternoon in Madrid.  Her Majesty, accompanied by the Minister of Health, Social Services and Equality, Ms. Ana Mateo, was informed about UNICEF España’s “…priorities of the organization and its strategic plan to continue to achieve results for vulnerable children.”

HRH Princess Mathilde of Belgium Visits a School in Brussels.

princessmathildeHer Royal Highness Princess Mathilde of Belgium visited the Erasmus School in Brussels this morning to attend a “…symposium on victims assistance and the presentation of an educational box, Le Premier Réconfort, which contains information about the grieving process for children, who recently lost a loved one, and provides creative tools that can help them manage their grief.”

HRH The Duke of Rothesay Begins His Three-Day Visit to Scotland.

dukeofrothesayHis Royal Highness The Duke of Rothesay was all smiles this afternoon when he arrived at the Glen Grant Distillery in Rothes, Morayshire in Scotland.  During his visit to the 173-year-old distillery The Duke opened the Glen Grant whiskey bottling plant and unveiled a new plaque.

Prior to his visit to Glen Grant the Duke of Rothesay was in Speyside where he officially opened the “…Helius CoRDe biomass combined heat and power plant and pot ale evaporator plant…” according to Princeofwales.gov.uk.
