TRHs Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie of Luxembourg Visit the Liewenshaff Socio-Educational Center

On Friday, March 11, 2022, Their Royal Highnesses Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie of Luxembourg visited the Liewenshaff Socio-Educational Center in Merscheid, Luxembourg.

Established in 1992 by the non-profit organization, Päerds Atelier, volunteers from the Liewenshaff Socio-Educational Center provide “…help for young people over the age of 16 with behavioral difficulties and/or those who dropped out of school…” according to the Cour Grand-Ducale de Luxembourg.

The Liewenshaff Socio-Educational Center currently has twenty students who are supported by an educational and multi-disciplinary team. In a workshop, a teacher ensures the “…professionalization of young people through five modules: Iron, Agronomy, Horticulture, Cooking and Industrial Cleaning. “

Anyway, during today’s visit the royal couple met with students, staff, and toured the Liewenshaff Socio-Educational Center grounds.

And, that’s it!
