On the morning of May 27, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde of Belgium hosted a reception at the Palais Royal de Bruxelles for those attending the 36th Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting.
The Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting is:
“…the primary forum for the representatives of Parties to the Antarctic Treaty to exchange information and formulate measures, decisions and resolutions to further the principles and objectives of the Treaty. The outcomes of Treaty meetings are adopted by consensus of the Consultative Parties.”
Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall arrived in Paris, France this morning to begin her two-day visit:
“…on behalf of her charity, Emmaus UK, a charity which supports homeless people by giving them a hone within one of the Emmaus Communities as well as work in one of its social enterprises, to help them get back on their feet and re-build their lives.”

On the evening of May 26, 2013, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco attended gala dinner, to celebrate the 71st Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco, held at the Sporting Monte-Carlo.
Guests in attendance included the winner of the 2013 Grand Prix de Monaco, Mr. Nico Rosberg and his partner, Ms. Vivan Sibold, TRHs Prince Charles nd Princess Camilla of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke and Duchess of Castro, dozens of Formula One drivers who participated in this weekend’s race, various Monégasque government officials as well as local VIPs.
For those who are curious about Princess Charlene’s gala gown she is wearing a “…calla trapezoid apron gown with horsehair detail accessorized with an ecru minaudière clutch from Akris.”
