On Friday, November 9, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands visited the province of North Brabant. According to RVD, Her Majesty visited various “… local sustainable development[s] and social and technical innovation in central North Brabant…”
On the agenda for today included a visit a carpet factory in Waalwijk, a tour of a technical training school in Tilburg as well as a visit to Tilburg University where Her Majesty unveiled a sculpture, a tour of the towns of Reusel-de Mierden and Hilvarenbeek, and finally a visit to the Van den Borne Aardappelen business in Reusel.
On November 8, 2012, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal was at Gordon Square Gardens in London where she unveiled a sculpture of “… World War II heroine, Noor Inayat Khan.”

On Thursday, November 8, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain participated in the 4th Global Social Business Summit held at the Austria Center in Vienna. During today’s event Her Majesty gave a keynote speech alongside 2006 Nobel Peace Prize winner, Mr. Mohammad Yunus.
