It’s Official! Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco!

At 5pm in the Throne Room at the Palais Princier de Monaco Miss Charlene Wittstock and H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco were married in a lovely intimate civil ceremony attended only by their immediate families and  select friends.  Not too long after the service began Miss Wittstock said, “Oui” to her fiancé.  And, from that moment (besides signing the registrar book thingy) the former Olympian swimmer became known as Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco.   🙂

Anyway, the couple looked beyond happy and completely relaxed during the ceremony then soon it was off to wave to the crowds from the balcony of the Salon des Glaces in the Palais Princier. From there the princely couple held a private cocktail reception for friends and family at the Hermitage hotel.

Congrats to the princess!  We know you will do well in your new role!  🙂
