News Regarding The Crown Prince Couple of Denmark.

On the morning of Sunday, July 19, 2015, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark accompanied by their four children — Prince Christen, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine — and His Highness Prince Gustav of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and his longtime partner, Miss Carina Axelsson, received 300 riders from the Gråsten Ringriderforenings at Gråsten Slot.

According to the Danish royal court, the Gråsten Ringriderforenings:

“…takes place every year on the third weekend in July and is a celebration that lasts for several days with events throughout the town. After the procession rides through the town, the riders arrive to the town’s ring riding space, where they compete in the traditional ring jousting competition.”

HM Queen Mathilde of Belgium Inaugurates an Exhibition.

On Friday, July 17, 2015, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium inaugurated the exhibition,  @yourservice, at Palais d’Egmont in Brussels.

Organized by the Belgian Foreign Affairs on the occasion of National Day the exhibition features works by various Belgian artists including Mr. Johan Muyle, Ms. Stéphane Halleux, and Mr. Michaël Aerts to name a few.

Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium Views an Exhibit by Mr. Christian Boltanski.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium arrived at the Musée des Arts Contemporains de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (MAC) in Hornu to view Mr. Christian Boltanski’s exhibition entitled, La Salle de Pendus.

The exhibit, which is held on the occasion of the opening of Mons 2015 and is Mr. Boltanski his first major museum exhibition in Belgium, explores the “…themes of memory and remembrance with a series of installations based clothing materials also evoking home the theme of death…” according to the MAC official website.

La Salle de Pendus will be open to the public until August 16, 2015.

Her Highness Hereditary Princess Kelly of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha Gives Birth to a Healthy Baby Boy.

On the morning of Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Her Highness Hereditary Princess Kelly of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha gave birth to a healthy baby boy.  This is the second child and only son of the hereditary princess and her husband, His Highness Hereditary Prince Hubertus of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha.

The little prince has been named Philipp Hubertus Andreas Christian.  He is also second in line to ducal throne of the house of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha.

In a statement, the happy couple stated that they “…are overjoyed and grateful for the birth of our son.”

Congrats to Kelly and Hubertus!   🙂

(VIDEO) HM King Felipe VI of Spain Gives an Award to a Former L.A. Laker.

On the morning of Wednesday, July 15, 2015, His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain presented the 2015 Premio Camino Real to Spanish-born and former Los Angeles Laker power-forward, Mr. Pau Gasol, at the Universidad de Alcalá in Alcalá de Henares.

Mr. Gasol, who currently plays for the Chicago Bulls, received the award for his great basketball career in the United States, his philanthropy and leadership skills, and for basically being an overall nice guy.
