News Regarding His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco. (VIDEO)

During last week’s participation in the 5th Meeting of the Parties to Agreement on ACCOBAMS in Tangier, Morocco, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco had a chance to take a break from his hectic schedule to see some of the sights in the historic city.  The sovereign prince was given a guided tour by local historian, Mr. Rachid Taferssiti. 

In other news, it was announced that the President of France, François Hollande, will make an official visit to Monaco on Thursday, November 14, 2013.  The purpose of the visit is to strengthen ties between Monaco and France.

During the visit the sovereign prince will host a working luncheon in honor of President Hollande’s visit as well as sign “…five partnership agreements in fields of scientific research and the environment…” at the Musée Océanographique de Monaco according to the Palais Princier.

HM Queen Maxima of the Netherlands Attends an Award Ceremony.

MaximaOn November 11, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Maxima of the Netherlands arrived at the Muziekgebouw aan’t IJ in Amsterdam to preside over the 2013 Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Prijs.

According to RVD, the winner of the award, plus cash worth 75,000 Euros, went to “…Piet Oudolf for his achievements in the field of gardening and landscape design.”

His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh and His Royal Highness Prince Laurent of Belgium Attend the Last Post Ceremony. (VIDEOS)

On Monday, November 11, 2013, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh and His Royal Highness Prince Laurent of Belgium participated in the Last Post ceremony  in Ypres, Belgium.

The ceremony commemorates the hundreds of  thousands soldiers who died during World War I.

TRHs The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall Visit India. Day 5.

CCOn Sunday, November 10, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall continued their nine-day visit to India.  The royal couple began their day by attending Remembrance Sunday service at the St. John the Evangelist Church in Mumbai.

From there the royal couple arrived in Pune to visit the Kirkee Commonwealth Cemetery which “…contains 1,668 Commonwealth burials of the Second World War…” according to Clarence House.  Thereafter, The Prince of Wales visited the Serum Institute and attended a reception at the Indian Turf Club.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Leads Remembrance Sunday. (VIDEOS)

On Sunday, November 10, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent, and Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra, The Honorable Lady Oglivy, honored those who served and died in combat during the annual Remembrance Sunday at the Cenotaph Memorial in Whitehall, London.
