On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco attended the opening of the EVER Monaco Show held at the Chapiteau de l’Espace in Fontvieille.
Established in 2005, EVER Monaco is an annual event dedicated to renewable energies and sustainable mobility. The event brings together businesses from the industry (car and motorcycle manufacturers, energy companies) to present their new vehicles and innovative technologies.
On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales met with the winners of the Terra Carta Design Lab in London, England.
During today’s visit, The Prince of Wales toured the RCA Dyson Gallery and viewed the Terra Carta Design Lab Exhibition.
On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark continued her three-day visit to Bangladesh.
In the morning, Crown Princess Mary and the Minister for Development Cooperation, Mr. Flemming Møller Mortensen, participated in a field visit in the Sundarban area, which is the world’s largest mangrove ecosystem. According to the Danish royal court, “…millions of people have had houses in the area that were destroyed due to rising water levels and a higher frequency of cyclones.”
In the afternoon, Crown Princess Mary and Minister Mortensen toured a cyclone protection project and a climate-exposed village community. The project, “…helps to protect the fragile community against floods by cyclones, while at the same time protecting the delta’s special ecosystem.”
The day ended with a boat trip and a visit to the forest board in the Sundarban mangrove which is home to “…hundreds of species, including the Bengal Tiger, as well as a diverse fauna. Several areas in the mangrove are included on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites.”
An update regarding today’s big announcement: His Serene Highness Prince Gustav of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Miss Carina Axelsson will marry on June 4, 2022.
It has yet to be announced where the couple will marry. Most likely, it will be at the Evangelische Stadtkirche in Bad Berleburg where Princess Nathalie of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Mr. Alexander Johannsmann were married in 2010 and where the funeral of the late His Serene Highness Prince Richard of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg took place.

On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall, as Royal Patron, visited the National Theatre in London, England.
According to ITV News, this is The Duchess of Cornwall’s first visit since becoming Royal Patron of the National Theatre after Her Majesty The Queen, “…handed the prestigious role to The Duchess last month after Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex was stripped of the position as part of the post-Megxit review…”
During today’s visit, The Duchess met with staff and members of the National Theatre’s community program, Public Acts.
On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the fourth stop of the Tour del Talento ceremony in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
The Tour del Talento is a new movement by and for the future of young people promoted by the Princess of Girona Foundation and TRIVU, which will focus on female leadership and STEAM professions, innovation, and talent.
