On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh accompanied by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales attended the 2014 Household Cavalry Standards Parade at Horse Guards Parade in London.
On the afternoon of May 28, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II and His Royal Highness Prince Henrik of Denmark accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Joachim and Princess Marie of Denmark attended the opening of the exhibition, Prins Henrik af Danmark: HKH Prinsgemalen 1934-2014, at the Nationalhistoriske Museum at Frederiksborg Slot in Hillerød.
According to the official website for Nationalhistoriske Museum the exhibition:
“…tells about [Prince Henrik’s] life, background, and work on several continents with different cultures and languages. One main theme is Prince Consort’s official duties as a representative of Denmark and order Chancellor, and his role as ambassador of culture and nature and so on.
The exhibition’s other main theme goes behind the scenes and provides insight into the Prince Consort’s personal interests including his work as a writer, artist, collector, wine grower and sportsman.”

On Tuesday, May 27, 2014, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales arrived at Mansion House in London to “…deliver the opening address at the ‘Conference on Inclusive Capitalism: Building Value, Renewing Trust’…” according to Clarence House.
On May 28, 2014, Her Royal Highness Princess Letizia of Asturias arrived at the Monasterio de Yuso in San Millán de la Cogolla to participate in the opening of the IX Seminario Internacional de Lengua y Periodismo: El Español del Futuro en el Periodismo de Hoy.
During today’s visit Her Majesty received the first Dutch edition of the International MS Atlas.

On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, the Belgian royal court announced that His Royal Highness Prince Amedeo of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este and his fiancée, Miss Elisabetta Maria Rosboch von Wolkenstein, will marry on Saturday, July 5, 2014, in Rome, Italy.
Prince Amedeo, 28, is eldest son of Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid of Belgium, Archduchess of Austria-Este and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este.
The prince and Miss Rosboch von Wolkenstein announced their engagement on February 15, 2014.
