madeleineOn Friday, February 15, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine of Sweden was at Carnegie Hall in New York City to watch Mastero Sakari Oramo make his début conducting the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra.

The program for last evening’s concert included “…Rolf Martinsson: Open Mind, Bruch: Violin Concerto No. 1, Sibelius: Symphony No. 2, Grieg: Våren Op. 34, No. 2 as well as Steinhammar’s Fylgia Op. 16, No. 4 and Flickan kom ifrån sin älsklings möte Op. 4, No. 1…”

News Her Royal Highness Princess Letzia of Asturias.

letiziaOn February 15, 2013, Her Royal Highness Princess Letizia of Asturias attended the 34th Edition of the Olimpiadas Nacionales de Formación Profesional held at the Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I in Madrid.

According to the Spanish royal court, the princess visited various stations where “… students were competing in different areas of carpentry, automotive technology, horticulture and landscaping, fashion technology, care assistants, hairdressers and cooking and baking.”

And, finally the princess participated in the VI Congreso Internacional de Medicamentos Huérfanos y Enfermedades Raras roundtable discussion and meeting held at the Hotel Meliá Lebreros in Sevilla.

More Health Problems For His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain. (VIDEO)

Per a press release from the Spanish royal court:

“During February 9 and 15, 2013, His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain has been subjected to annual medical examinations.  After completed examinations, the results were satisfactory. 

However, there is still persistent aggravation of a former herniated disc in lumbo-sacral spine.  At this time the palace and His Majesty’s doctors are studying to determine the most appropriate treatment for His Majesty.”
