During his time in Mali Prince Albert II signed a tax agreement between Mali and Monaco “…validating a principle of no double taxation…” Afterward, the sovereign prince visited the Sickle Cell Disease Research and Control Centre as well as the Charles Mérieux Centre co-funded by the Monégasque Office of International Cooperation.
