Interesting! I wonder how strong & active the locals feel about their Kingdom! Would be nice to visit and find out LOL.
I was born there (raised in Los Angeles) and I still have family on the island of Kauai.
The issue of Hawaiian sovereignty is quite strong and I do know the movement continues to grown as each day passes.
Unfortunately, I do not believe Hawaii will ever become independent from the United States. Believe me, I wish it would, but … sadly, it won’t happen.
Would be great! The Kings and Queens were so regal and Kaiulani the prettiest and smartest CP I know. Tragic story.
