On May 5, 2022, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge announced in a video message that she is extremely proud to become Royal Patron of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance.
According to the official website of the MMHA, the alliance is a:
“…UK-wide charity and network of over 100 organizations, dedicated to ensuring women and families affected by perinatal mental problems have access to high-quality comprehensive care and support. We bring the maternal mental health community together and make change happen by combining the power of real-life experience with clinical and professional expertise.”

On Thursday, April 21, 2022, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the London headquarters of the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) to learn about the ongoing support for people affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
According to a press release the “…DEC is comprised of 15 leading UK charities including the British Red Cross, Action Against Hunger, Christian Aid, the International Rescue Committee UK, and Save the Children UK.”
During today’s visit, the Duke and Duchess were warmly welcomed to the DEC headquarters by DEC Chief Executive, Mr. Saleh Saeed, and Director of Communications, Ms. Hannah Richards. The royal couple also “…spoke to aid workers out on the ground in conflict zones and those recently returned from Ukraine and neighboring countries. The royal couple was told about the human impact of the war and how the appeal’s funds are helping support those most in need.”

On Tuesday, April 19, 2022, Buckingham Palace announced that Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge and Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal will carry out a joint engagement in London on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Their Royal Highnesses will visit the headquarters of two maternal health organizations, the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (COG).
On the afternoon of Thursday, March 24, 2022, Their Royal Highness The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas, to begin their three-day royal tour as part of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee year.
Upon their arrival, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were warmly greeted by the Deputy Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr. Chester Cooper, Cabinet ministers, and other senior government officials. After the “…joint Royal Bahamas Defence Force and Royal Bahamas Police Force bands played The Bahamas’ national anthem…” The Duke of Cambridge accompanied by the Governor-General Sir Cornelius Alvin Smith, the Royal Bahamas Police Force Commissioner, Mr. Paul Rolle, and the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Commodore, Dr. Raymond King, inspected the Bahamian royal guards.
Thereafter, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, His Excellency Mr. Philip Brave Davis.
On the afternoon of Sunday, March 20, 2022, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continued their visit to Belize on the occasion of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.
The day began with a visit to the Saqui family 10 acre Cacao farm in southern Belize. Whilst there, the royal couple were given a tour of the farm, tasted delicious raw Cacao, and for the Duchess she learned how to grind Cacao beans on a Metate with a Pestle.
Thereafter, The Duke and Duchess visited the Hopkins Festival where they “…spent time with the Garifuna people and witnessed a demonstration of Garifuna culture, dance, song…”
On the late afternoon of Saturday, March 19, 2022 Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Phillip S. W. Goldson International Airport in Belize to begin their three-day visit to the beautiful country in celebration of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.
Upon their arrival, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were warmly greeted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Immigration, Her Excellency Amalia Mai, and the Governor-General Her Excellency Froyla Tzalam. Thereafter, the national anthem of Belize was performed whilst His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge inspected the Belize Defense Force (BDF).
Moments later The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were introduced to the Governor-General of Belize’s husband, Mr. Daniel Mendez, and the British High Commissioner in Belize.
After departing the Phillip S. W. Goldson International Airport, Their Royal Highnesses arrived at the Laing House in Belize City where they met with the Prime Minister of Belize, Mr. John Antonio Briceño, and his wife, Mrs. Rossana Briceño.
Thereafter, the amazing royal couple visited Hopkins Village in eastern Belize.
On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Holland park, London, England.
During today’s visit Their Royal Highnesses met with various members of the Ukrainian community and volunteers whereupon the couple learned about the services offered at the Ukrainian Cultural Center, the incredible amount of donations they have received and the challenges they continue to face to get material aid where it’s most needed. The royal couple also helped with sorting and packaging of items that were recently donated.
A surprise to many Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge made some delicious homemade chocolate brownies and granola bars which she gave to the workers and volunteers. YUM!!
