Here is the 2002 documentary entitled, The King, The Kaiser and The Tsar. The program, which eventually became a book by Ms. Catrine Clay, examines the:
… precarious position of European royalty at the turn of the 20th century, principally George V, Kaiser Wilhelm II and Tsar Nicholas II, and how, after the First World War, George V was the only one remaining on the throne. The documentary provides a historical background to Stephan Poliakoff’s drama, ‘The Lost Prince.’
On June 15, 2012, Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge hosted “…150 children and young people from The Art Room at a performance of ‘The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe’ at Kensington Gardens…”
On June 14, 2012, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales gave a speech during “… the launch of the British Fashion Council’s exhibition entitled, London Collections: Men.” Guests at the event included British fashion designer, Ms. Vivienne Westwood and American designer, Mr. Tommy Hilfiger.
According to the Press Association, the exhibition includes, “… work[s] by designers such as Paul Smith, Margaret Howell and Richard James, heritage brands such as Aquascutum and Savile Row tailors.”
Meanwhile, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has awarded the Prince of Wales “… the highest rank in all three military services. He has become a Field Marshal, Admiral of the Fleet and Marshal of the Royal Air Force in the honorary promotion…”Click here for more information.
And, finally, the Museum of British Surfing has released new images of the young Prince of Wales surfing at Constantine Bay. In the photos, you can see the prince wearing a wetsuit, minus booties, and rides a single fin short board. Hilarious!
On June 16, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh as well as other members of the British royal family attended the Trooping of the Colour 2012.

On June 13, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall visited the Velodrome in the Olympic Park in London. Whilst there the royal couple met with “… Paralympian gold medalist at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games…” Mr. Barney Storey.
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall also met with members from the 2012 London Olympic Organizing Committee, visited the production center for the London 2012 Ceremonies Team as well as visited the House Mill on Three Mills Island. Later the royal couple named a boat (fun) and a bunch of other stuff that is not all that interesting. 🙂
Their Royal Highnesses the Earl and Countess of Wessex wrapped up their visit to Gibraltar as part of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations on Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
Today, the royal couple met with religious leaders at the Convent Cloisters, opened a new Court building and then toured the Magistrates Courts, visited the King’s Chapel as well as the Laguna Social Club and much more.
