On Friday, February 14, 2014, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco presented Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the winners of the Team Luge Relay during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games.
Prior to the medal ceremony the sovereign prince cheered on Monégasque alpine skier, Mr. Olivier Jenot, when he participated in the Men’s Downhill skiing event thingy. Anyway, Mr. Jenot placed second. Well done. 🙂
And, finally, on February 12, 2014, Prince Albert II attended the Alpine Skiing Women’s Downhill held at the Rosa Khutor Alpine Center in Sochi.
On February 15, 2014, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales attended the Royal Foundation’s Track Day held at the Goodwood Motor Circuit in Goodwood, West Sussex.
During today’s event the happy-go-lucky prince took several spins around the race track in various snazzy cars, hung out with “…injured service personnel, and viewed an exhibition of Endeavour Fund projects…” according to Clarence House.

On Wednesday, February 12, 2014, Her Royal Highness Princess Theodora of Greece arrived at Pier 59 in New York City to attend “…the Leka Show during Nolcha Fashion Week, New York Fall/Winter 2014 presented by RUSK…”
On Saturday, February 15, 2014, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales arrived at the Boultbee Flying Academy in Goodwood, West Sussex, to attend the “…launch of a scholarship for wounded ex-service personnel…” according to Clarence House.

On Friday, February 14, 2014, His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan arrived at the famed Sunnylands Estate in Rancho Mirage, California to hold an important meeting with President Barack Obama.
During their meeting discussions focused on bilateral relations between Jordan and the United States as well as the Syrian crisis. President Obama praised the people of Jordan who have been:
“…very generous in absorbing hundreds of thousands of displaced persons from that war-ravaged country [Syria]. It puts a great strain on the resources of Jordan and it’s very important for us to make sure that we’re supportive of the Kingdom in accommodating all these refugees.”
According to the New York Times, President Obama also stated that he:
“…would seek to renew a five-year aid package to help Jordan bear the burden of the more than 600,000 Syrian refugees who have fled the civil war there. [And] that the United States would guarantee $1 billion in loans to help keep Jordan’s wavering economy afloat.”
His Majesty King Abdullah II also held a brief meeting the Governor of California, Mr. Jerry Brown.
On Saturday, February 15, 2014, the Belgian royal court announced that His Royal Highness Prince Amedeo of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este will finally marry his longtime love, Miss Elisabetta Maria Rosboch von Wolkenstein.
Prince Amedeo, 28, is eldest son of Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid of Belgium, Archduchess of Austria-Este and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este.
Miss von Wolkenstein, 26, was born in Rome, Italy, and currently works as a journalist in New York City according to various sources.
At this time the date for the wedding has yet to be announced; however, the Belgian news channel, RTL, speculates that the wedding will take place sometime in the summer of 2014.
