On December 28, 2012, in Nancy, France, His Imperial and Royal Highness Archduke Christoph of Austria and Miss Adélaïde Drapé-Frisch were married (civil) at the city hall. The ceremony was officiated by the Mayor of Nancy, Mr. André Rossinot.
According to the newspaper, L‘Est Republicain, prior to the civil ceremony the couple visited the Chapelle Ducale des Cordeliers where Miss Drapé-Frisch presented a:
“…bouquet of roses in the crypt of the deceased members of the Lorraine family. It is a tradition. When a descendant of the Dukes of Lorraine in Nancy are married, the bride presents a bouquet in the crypt of the Chapelle Ducale des Cordeliers. Then a prayer is said…”
Tomorrow, the couple will have their religious ceremony at the Basilique Saint-Epvre. For more information about today’s event and more please visit the site Luxarazzi Luxembourg here (information should be posted soon.) 🙂
