After her lavish wedding to H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco Vogue was there when the princess was getting ready to walk down the long aisle at the Palais Princier de Monaco. The princess also had a chance to speak to her friend and journalist, Natalie Livingstone, from Vogue.
Here is a snippet from the article:
Charlene’s hair was swept up into a tight chignon. ‘I’m not wearing a tiara,’ she said. ‘Instead Princess Caroline has lent me some beautiful diamond hair clips which belonged to her grandmother. I did have a tiara made by Van Cleef and Arpels but I decided to put it on display at the Oceonographic museum and I will wear it for my first official engagement.’
