On January 29, 2000, HSH Prince Maximilian of Liechtenstein married fashion designer, Angela Brown, at the St. Vincent Ferrer Church in New York City.
The couple met in 1997 at a private party in NYC. At the time, Prince Maximilian was working at a mega bank while Angela was working with designer, Adrienne Vittadini. Angela also had her own small fashion label entitled, A. Brown.
Two years later the couple were engaged and Angela resigned from her job.
Over 500 guests attended the stunning wedding including HSH Prince Hans-Adam II and his wife, HSH Princess Marie. The groom’s brother, Prince Alois and his wife Princess Sophie were there and so were Prince Constantin and his wife Princess Marie and Princess Tatjana.
Today, the couple have one son and currently live in Germany where Prince Maximilian works for a wealth management company. Unfortunately, it is unknown if Princess Angela still designs clothing, but I can assume that she does something interesting. The Prince and Princess every so often take part in official events in Liechtenstein including the festive National Day which is held every year in August.
Here are some quick facts about Princess Angela: The Private Princess:

Several days ago HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco was in St. Moritz for the 3rd Annual Bobsleigh Monaco Historic Race. After the event was over the Prince Albert decided to hang around lovely St. Moritz for a day of skiing.
The Swiss online newspaper, Schweizer Ferneshen, caught up with the Prince during his stay and asked him about his upcoming marriage to Miss Charlene Wittstock, the challenges the couple will face, and fertility.
Yes, I said, fertility.
Per the article and video here is what Prince Albert had to say:
‘We have no time to be nervous, I have a lot to do, not just the wedding preparations, but also a lot of administrative duties,’ he says.
For someone like Albert of Monaco, who was long considered womanizer, the wedding is a big step. Nevertheless, his wishes for the future remain modest and realistic. He was already very happy, but ‘…the wedding is a further step, which I am very happy.’
Our time is complex and challenging as it is important for my life partner to be a reliable support to meet these challenges,’ said Prince Albert. ‘I know that there will be obstacles, but that happens for all couples in this world.’
Prince Albert has finally found the right thing in Charlene Wittstock. A successor will make his happiness perfect, but the sports-loving Prince does not dream of having his own family football team. ‘I do not want to contribute to the overpopulation of the world. But, one or two would be a blessing.’

It was announced this morning, PST, that the Japanese Imperial Household is making every effort to have the Japanese Crown Princely couple attend the British royal wedding together this April 29, 2011.
If things should work out this will be their first official visit together since 2002.
Per CNNgo.com:
The British royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton continues to grab headlines worldwide as the Imperial Household Agency in Japan announces the intention of Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako to attend.
The royal household in Britain extended an invitation to the wedding on April 29 at Westminster Abbey to Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko at the Queen’s request last week, according to Kyodo News.
The Imperial Household Agency has therefore announced that the Crown Prince and Princess intend to attend, health permitting.
Crown Princess Masako, 47, has been undergoing much publicized treatment for a stress-induced illness, which has meant she and her husband haven’t made an official overseas visit since 2002, when they visited Australia and New Zealand.
Heir apparent Crown Prince Naruhito, the eldest son of Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, has attended weddings alone since 2004, in Denmark, Sweden, Spain and Brunei.
Cross your fingers for Crown Princess Masako.

…largest open water swim event in the world and is famed for ambience and camaraderie. Wittstock said she had met Midmar race director Wayne Riddin when he was in Monaco and then started thinking about swimming a race at a social level but also to raise awareness and funds for the Special Olympics.
Well, good luck to her and others participating in the race.

On January 30, 2011, HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco along with his fiancee, Charlene Wittstock attended the French League One soccer match at the Louis II Stadium in, where else, Monaco.
Looking as if they were freezing their okoles off, the couple cheered on Team Monaco against their opponent, Team Marseille. Not sure who won the game at this time, but when I find out I am sure you will be more than happy, no?
Also, I have to say this because, well, I just do. That thick coat Miss Wittstock is wearing… yeah… um… it’s not doing her any favors if you know what I mean.
There. I said it. 🙂
