On Tuesday, May 6, 2014, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark arrived in Hundested to visit “…’Home’ a residence for children and young people and to celebrate the 110th birthday of Børnehjælpsdagens (Children’s Day). The crown princess is patron of Børnehjælpsdagens…” according to the Danish royal court.
On Tuesday, May 6, 2014, Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium held an audience with famed Belgian jazz musician, Mr. Jean-Baptiste “Toots” Thielemans, and his wife, Huguette Thielemans, at Château de Laeken in Brussels.
In 2006, Mr. Thielemans received the title of Baron from His Majesty King Albert II of Belgium.
On May 6, 2014, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco welcomed the President of Montenegro, Mr. Filip Vujanović, and his wife, First Lady Svetlana Vujanović, to the Palais Princier in Monaco.
The purpose of today’s official visit is to strengthen economic and bilateral ties between Monaco and Montenegro.
Upon their arrival at the Palais Princier, President Vujanović and the First Lady were warmly welcomed by the sovereign prince and Princess Charlene in the main courtyard of the Palais.
Thereafter, Prince Albert II and President Vujanović held a private meeting to “…discuss the development of bilateral relations between their countries…” according to the Palais Princier. Meanwhile, Princess Charlene and First Lady Svetlana Vujanović held a meeting to “…talk about their respective humanitarian activities.”
In the afternoon, the princely couple hosted a luncheon in honor of President Vujanović’s official visit to Monaco.
On the morning of May 6, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh visited Chelmsford Cathedral in Chelmsford, Essex. The purpose of today’s visit was to “…mark the centenary of the Chelmsford Diocese…” according to the newspaper, East Anglian Daily Times.

On Wednesday, April 30, 2014, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Michael and Princess Michael of Kent, Her Royal Highness Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis, His Royal Highness Prince Ernst August, Jr of Hanover and a bunch of other European royals — mainly from non-reigning royal houses — that you probably never heard of before attended the opening of the exhibition, Der Weg zur Krone: Das Koenigreich Hannover und seine Herrscher (The Road to the Crown: The Kingdom of Hanover and Its Rulers) at Schloss Marienburg in Germany.
