News Regarding Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. (VIDEO)
On October 1, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II opened the £110 million NHS Grampian Emergency Care Centre, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary’s Foresterhill campus in Aberdeen, Scotland.
According to the newspaper, Northampton Herald & Post, the new center will “…provide emergency care and specialist support for cancer, heart and blood patients.”
Her Majesty also opened the Queen Elizabeth Theatre at the International School of Aberdeen according to the British royal court.

On September 30, 2013, His Royal Highness The Duke of Rothesay was in Aberdeen, Scotland where he met with representatives and staff from the CLAN Cancer Support and to celebrate the charity’s 30th anniversary. CLAN Cancer Support is an:
“…independent charity providing support, comfort and information free of charge, for anyone, of any age, affected by cancer.
CLAN Cancer Support aims to provide a range of cancer support services of the highest standard in a professional, gentle manner meeting the individual needs of cancer patients, their carers, family members and close friends, to help comfort and improve their quality of life.”

HRH The Duke of Edinburgh Visits a Nature Reserve in Norfolk.
On September 30, 2013, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh visited the Dersingham Bog Natural Nature Reserve on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. The 92-year-old duke met with caretakers from The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) who were “…coppicing, rhododendron clearing and restoration work on the mire, a site of special scientific interest…” according to the newspaper, Express.

His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge to be Christened on October 23, 2013.
It was announced by Kensington Palace that His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge will be christened on October 23, 2013, at the Chapel Royal at St. James’s Palace in London. The ceremony will be private. Prince George will be christened by The Most Revd and Rt. Honorable The Lord Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.

Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex Visits Doha, Qatar: Day Two.
On Monday, September 23, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex continued her visit to Doha, Qatar with the charity, ORBIS.
This morning the lovely countess took “…Qataris donors on a tour of ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital at Doha International Airport…” In the evening, the countess attended a dinner held at the British Embassy according to the British royal court.
His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex Visits North West England. (VIDEO)
On the afternoon of September 23, 2013, His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex arrived in the town of Birkenhead in North West England to open the St. Catherine’s Health Centre. Thereafter, he opened the newly restored Liverpool Central Library in, well, Liverpool. 🙂
The Earl of Wessex also participated in the opening of Wigan University Technical College.
