On the evening of October 24, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge attended the “…100 Women in Hedge Funds’ 2013 Gala Dinner and award presentation in aid of Action on Addiction at Kensington Palace…” according to the Associated Press.
During this evening’s event the 2013 European Industry Leadership Award was presented to Dame Amelia Fawcett.
On October 24, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall hosted a reception at St. James’s Palace in London for “…members of British Indian and British Sri Lankan communities ahead of the tour to India and Sri Lanka…” according to Clarence House.
Prior to this afternoon’s reception The Duchess of Cornwall visited The Poppy Factory in Richmond, Surrey to “…meet the people who [will] make millions of poppies…” for the 2013 Season of Remembrance according to ITN News.

On October 23, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex arrived at the Somermead Campsite in Wedmore in the county of Somerset to officially open the new Girlguiding Residential Lodge.
The lovely countess also visited the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children Service Centre in Bristol according to the British royal court.
