Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Visit Singapore: Day Two. (VIDEOS)

On Wednesday, September 12, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continued their visit to Singapore as part of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

On today’s agenda for the lovely royal couple: A tour of the Gardens by the Bay, a visit to the Rolls Royce aircraft engine factory in Seletar, a visit to the residential district of Strathmore Green where they meet with locals as well as “… viewed cultural performances and children’s games…”

The duke and duchess also visited the “… Rainbow Center… a school and community center for children with special needs…”  Whilst there they met with the youth, attended a “… physical education session and viewed a theatrical and musical performance before unveiling a plaque commemorating their visit to the school.”

The day ended with a reception held in their honor at the British High Commissioner’s residence known as Eden Hall.

On Tuesday, September 11, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Singapore as part of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

The royal couple was officially welcomed at the “… Changi International Airport by representatives of the Singaporean Government and the British High Commissioner.” Afterward, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Singapore Botanic Gardens.  In the evening, they attended a gala “… State Dinner hosted by the President of Singapore…”

His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales Attends the 2012 WellChild Awards in London. (VIDEOS)

On Monday, September 3, 2012, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales attended the 2012 WellChild Awards in London. According to the Telegraph newspaper, the prince is:

“… patron of this UK-based charity [which] is dedicated to the needs of sick children and their families, whose children’s nurses provide specialist medical care and direct support in the home for chronically ill youngsters.”

On Saturday, September 1, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh along with Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attended the 2012 Braemar Gathering held at the held at the Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park in the village of Braemar in Scotland.

On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.

Also in attendance were Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Her Royal Highness Infanta Elena of Spain, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia.
