On March 21, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attended the enthronement ceremony of the new Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend and Right Honorable Justin Welby, held at the Canterbury Cathedral in Canterbury.

On March 20, 2013, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh was at the London Zoo to officially open Tiger Territory. The great duke is patron of the Zoological Society of London.
According to the newspaper, The Standard:
“The Tiger Territory enclosure offers elevated platforms and trees to encourage the tigers to climb — with their food being hung from a 20-foot pole. It also gives them a perfect overview of Regent’s Park…”

On Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh along with her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Baker Street Underground Station to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the London Underground.
During their visit the royal family met with station employees, “…viewed a restored 1892 underground coach and walked through the new S7 train before The Queen unveiled a plaque naming the train Queen Elizabeth II.” Afterward, Her Majesty, The Duke and The Duchess “…met with representatives of the Railway Children charity.”

On March 19, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall concluded their three-day official visit to Oman.
Prior to their departure the royal couple visited the British School in Muscat where they met with staff as well as students. From there The Prince of Wales visited the HMS Northumberland and the Public Establishment of Industrial Estates while The Duchess of Cornwall visited the Omani Women’s Association and the Shams Al Ma’aref School.
