Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium Views an Exhibition at the Palais des Beaux-Arts.
On Thursday, October 2, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium arrived at the Palais des Beaux-Arts (BOZAR) in Brussels to view the exhibition, Sensation et Sensualité: Rubens et son Héritage (Sensation and Sensuality: Rubens and his Legacy).
According to the official website for the Palais des Beaux-Arts the exhibition:
“…in collaboration with the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp and the Royal Academy of Arts in London you can rediscover the work of this indomitable genius [Peter Paul Rubens] that has withstood the test of time as well as that of his heirs. You can also see canvases by Van Dyck, Watteau, Delacroix, Manet and Kokoschka as well as engravings by Rembrandt and Picasso.”

On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium visited Actiris, an employment agency located in Brussels.
According to the official website for Actiris, the company:

On September 16, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Relais Social du Pays de Liège in Liège. According to the Belgian royal court the Relais Social du Pays de Liège is a:
“…social project which helps those in need. [Thereafter, Her Majesty visited] three other social projects in Liège including Resto du Cœur de Liège, le Relais logement Les Prébendiers and the Sans-Logis Femmes…”

His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium Celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Academia Belgica.
On Thursday, September 11, 2014, His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium arrived at the Palais des Academies in Brussels to attend the 75th anniversary celebrations of the Academia Belgica.
During today’s event His Majesty presided over the opening of the Academia Belgica’s two-day conference held under the theme, Renovatio, Inventio, Absentia Imperii: From the Roman Empire to Contemporary Imperialism. The event was organized by the Academia Belgica (Rome), with the support of the Belgian Historical Institute in Rome, and the Princess Marie-José Foundation.

On September 10, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Borgerstein Association for the Elderly and Disabled in Sint-Katelijne-Waver.
According to the Belgian royal court, for over 40 years the Borgerstein Association “…has specialized in quality care and includes three departments: aged care, disability care and social work.”

On July 21, 2014, Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium accompanied by their children Her Royal Highness Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, His Royal Highness Prince Gabriel of Belgium, His Royal Highness Prince Emmanuel of Belgium, Her Royal Highness Princess Eléonore of Belgium attended the Te Deum at the Cathédrale des Saints Michel-et-Gudule in Brussels held on the occasion of Fête Nationale 2014.
In the afternoon, Their Majesties accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Laurent and Princess Claire of Belgium, and Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid of Belgium, Archduchess of Austria-Este and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este, presided over military parade along the Place des Palais, again, in Brussels.
Yesterday evening Their Majesties attended the Bal National concert in the neighborhood of Marolles in Brussels.
