On the evening of Saturday, January 10, 2015, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark attended the DR1 Sport 2014 event held at the Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning. During this evening’s gathering the future king of Denmark will present the Købstædernes Forsikrings Pris, Danmarks Olympiske Håb (Denmark’s Olympic Hope), to a worthy recipient.

On Thursday, January 8, 2015, Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium hosted a New Year reception at the Palais Royal in Brussels for members of the international Diplomatic Corps.

On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco — from the balcony of the Palais Princier — officially presented their precious newborn twins, Their Serene Highnesses Hereditary Prince Jacques Honoré Rainier, Marquis des Baux and Princess Gabriella Thérèse Marie, Comtesse de Carladès, to the Monégasque citizens for the first time. The princely twins were born on December 10, 2015 at the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monaco.
Thereafter, Their Serene Highnesses stepped out to the courtyard in front of the Palais Princier where they mingled with hundreds of well-wishers from Monaco and aboard.
On Tuesday, January 6, 2015, Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the 2015 Pascua Militar held at the Palacio Real de Madrid.
