On September 16, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Relais Social du Pays de Liège in Liège. According to the Belgian royal court the Relais Social du Pays de Liège is a:
“…social project which helps those in need. [Thereafter, Her Majesty visited] three other social projects in Liège including Resto du Cœur de Liège, le Relais logement Les Prébendiers and the Sans-Logis Femmes…”
On Tuesday, September 16, 2014, Their Majesties King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands along with Their Royal Highnesses Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands attended the opening of the 2014 Prinsjesdag at the Ridderzaal in Den Haag.
During today’s opening of the new parliamentary year of the Staten-Generaal (Dutch Senate and House of Representatives) His Majesty delivered a speech highlighting the budget and policies of the Dutch government for the coming year.
Thereafter, Their Majesties and Their Royal Highnesses returned to Paleis Noordeinde in Den Haag to wave to the Dutch people.
On Tuesday, September 16, 2014, Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain arrived at the Centro de Educación Infantil y Primaria Ben-Cho-Shey in Pereiro de Aguiar to officially open the 2014-2015 Curso Escolar (Opening of the School Year/Courses).
On Monday, September 15, 2014, Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Anne-Marie of Greece and Her Royal Highness Princess Benedikte of Denmark attended the 2014 Dronning Ingrids Hæderslegat held at the Tivolis Koncertsal (Tivoli Concert Hall) in Copenhagen.
According to the Danish royal court the Dronning Ingrids Hæderslegat are:
“…awarded to provide financial support to young artists further study and qualification. The grants were awarded this year to cellist Toke Møldrup and ballet dancer Sebastian Haynes.”
