Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Becomes a Great-Grandmother for the Second Time

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has become a great-grandmother for the second time.  Peter Phillips and his wife, Autumn, welcomed their second child on Thursday, March 29, 2012.

The  7 lb, 4 oz baby girl was named Isla Elizabeth Phillips and was born at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

    How lovely to see both the Queen and Elizabeth smiling! I am sure it was another occasion, but they always look so earnest!
