News Regarding TRHs Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden.

vd-2011On March 6, 2014, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden arrived at the Petit Palais, Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Paris to attend the inauguration of the exhibition, Carl Larsson: L’imagier de Suede. 

According to the official website for the Petit Palais, Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Paris, the exhibition showcases over one hundred works — watercolors, oil paintings, prints, and items of furniture — by the late Swedish artist, Mr. Carl Larsson.

Carl Larsson: L’imagier de Suede will be open to the public on March 7-June 7, 2014.  For more information about the exhibition please click here.

140226fotoCONeillPer the Swedish royal court regarding the name Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine of Sweden and Mr. Christopher O’Neill’s newborn daughter, Her Royal Highness Princess Leonore Lilian Maria, Duchess of Gotland: 

“On Wednesday, February 26, a cabinet meeting was held at the Royal Palace to mark the birth of Princess Madeleine’s child.

At the cabinet meeting, The King informed the Government that the Princess will be named Leonore Lilian Maria, with the given name Leonore.  The Princess was assigned Duchess of Gotland.”

HRH Princess Madeleine of Sweden Gives Birth to a Healthy Baby Girl! (VIDEO)

Sweden2On Thursday, February 20, 2014, at 10:41 P.M., Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine of Sweden gave birth to a healthy baby girl — weighing 3.15 kg and 50cm long — at the Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City.  Princess Madeleine’s husband, Mr. Christopher O’Neill, was present “…throughout the birth…” according to the Swedish royal court.

The next day, Mr. O’Neill, held a press conference at Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center which he announced that Princess Madeleine and their new precious daughter are in “…good health and [that the newborn] looks like her mom. It was an incredible feeling to hold her…”

Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden Opens the Newly Renovated Central Station.

CPVictoriaOn February 13, 2014, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden opened the newly renovated Central Station in Stockholm.

During yesterday’s opening the lovely crown princess unveiled a new bench and then “…declared the Central Station officially opened…” according to the Swedish royal court.
