On the evening of November 6, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain attended the XXVII Premio BMW de Pintura and the “… traditional benefit concert for the Fundación Mundo en Armonía…” chaired by Princess Irene of Greece.  Tonight’s event was held at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid.

On November 6, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain presided over the Premios Reina Sofía contra las Drogas held inside the Salón Magnolias at Zarzuela Palace in Madrid.

On Monday, November 5, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias presided over the inauguration of the Congreso Literario El Canon del Boom and to “… commemorate the 50th anniversary of the publication of the novel, La Ciudad y los Perros, and ‘Boom Latino Americano.'”  Today’s event was held at Casa de América in Madrid.

On the evening of October 30, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain presided over the 2nd Edition of the Telefónica Ability Awards in Madrid.

And, finally, this afternoon Her Majesty attended the 2012 Premios Rey Jaime I (awards ceremony) held at the Lonja de los Mercaderes in Valencia.

On October 31, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias attended the Premios SERES 2012 for Innovation and Corporate Social Commitment held at the Auditorio Rafael del Pino in Madrid.
