Random Royal News Regarding Her Royal Highness Princess Maxima of the Netherlands and H.R.H. Princess Clotilde of Venice and Piedmont. (VIDEO)

On January 31, 2012, Her Royal Highness Princess Maxima of the Netherlands was in Amsterdam to attend the opening of the project Open Inloop Taal on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Cybersoek.

According to the Dutch online newspaper, Nieuws van Nederland, Open Inloop Taal project/program provides “…local residents who want to improve their Dutch reading, writing and language skills…”  at the Cybersoek.  The latter offers computer courses to people of all ages as well as provides a place where the local people can meet and network.  Click here to view photos.

Afterward, the princess attended the Women Entrepreneurs Conference in Den Haag.  As a member of the Committee for Entrepreneurship and Financing it was her duty and pleasure to attend this event which “…mentors and aims at encouraging more success and growth for female entrepreneurs…” in the Netherlands.

Meanwhile, on January 30, 2012, Princess Clotilde of Venice and Piedmont attended the AVEC gala benefit dinner held at the gorgeous Château de Versailles.  The event, organized by Professor David Khayat, was attended by royal historian, Stéphane Bern, model Tasha de Vasconcelos, François Pinault, Sylvie Tellier, and Pierre Hermé to name a few.  Click here to view  photos.

Meanwhile, on January 25, 2012, Princess Clothilde of Venice and Piedmont attended the 2012 Valentino Spring/Summer Haute Couture show held at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild.

His Royal Highness Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy Wants to Work for You!

So, what do you do when you are a royal who comes from a deposed royal house and a royal with no real official duties to fulfill like Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II?  Well, you star in your own reality series!

Recently, His Royal Highness Prince Emanuele-Filiberto of Savoy agreed to star in his own reality show whereupon he does ordinary things each episode like making pizza, washing dogs,  as well as handing out flyers in Milan, Italy.

His new show airs on Cielo TV in Italy and currently they are looking for employers willing to hire the Italian prince for a day.  At this time it is unknown if the prince’s new reality show will air in the United States; however, I am sure it will end up on You Tube in the future.

H.R.H. Princess Clotilde of of Venice and Piedmont at Paris Fashion Week

Well, Spring/Summer 2012 Paris Fashion Week officially began this past Wednesday and every one who is anyone is currently in the beautiful city of lights to gaze upon amazing clothing by incredibly talented designers.

This afternoon, H.R.H. Princess Clotilde of of Venice and Piedmont attended the highly anticipated show by Olivier Rousteing for the house of Balmain.  Other royal attendees included Princess Siriwanwaree Nareerat of Thailand, French Vogue editor Emmanuelle Alt, French journalist Alexandra Golovanoff, fashion queen and blogger Bryan Boy, and Anna Dello Russo to name a few.

Emanuele and Clotilde: Crossing Their Fingers in the Hopes of Scoring a Reality Show in the U.S.

As you may have heard by now, Prince Emanuele Filiberto and Princess Clotilde of Savoy, are currently seeking out various reality television producers to pitch their idea of a brand new show about their lives as royals.

Recently the couple spoke to, AOL Video, describing how they met and other stuff.  Basically, they are hoping that this appearance would bring some interest to them from U.S. producers and network executives (let’s hope it’s Andy Cohen from Bravo!).  It might just work… Click here to watch.

Prince Antonius zu Fürstenberg and Matilde Borromeo Finally Marry

This past Saturday, June 11, 2011, Prince Antonius zu Fürstenberg and Matilde Borromeo finally married on the island of Isola Bella where the bride’s family have a small and cozy Baroque palace in the middle of Lake Maggiore in Italy.

It was a lovely ceremony, according to various sources, and the guest-list including the who’s who of Italian and German society.
