TRHs The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall Visit Northern Ireland. (VIDEOS)

CamillaCharlesOn June 25, 2013, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall arrived in County Antrim, Northern Ireland for a special visit.

This morning the royal couple toured the WrightBus factory “…where new ultra-low carbon double-decker London buses are being built…” according to the Associated Press.

Afterward, The Duchess of Cornwall visited the Broughshane Library and Nursery  School as well as the Antrim Area Hospital.  Meanwhile, The Prince of Wales “…met with crowds outside Larne town hall. He travelled there to show his support for local farmers who suffered badly from adverse weather earlier this year…” according to the BBC News.

HRH The Prince of Wales Opens a New Rehabilitation Center and a Hospice.

PoWOn June 21, 2013, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales arrived at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham to open the new Fisher House UK, “…a rehabilitation center for military patients and their families…” according to Clarence House.

After the opening the prince toured the new facility, met with patients and their families as well as with staff.  The Prince of Wales also attended a reception with members of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity and Help for Heroes and the Fisher House who are supporters of Fisher House UK.

The Prince of Wales also opened the new Marie Curie Cancer Care Hospice in Solihull this afternoon.  Again, after the opening, the prince met with staff, residents and toured the hospice’s lovely gardens.
