Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh Welcome the President of the United Arab Emirates. (VIDEOS)

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh welcomed the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to Windsor, England on April 30, 2013.  The purpose of His Highness and his delegation’s two-day state visit to England is to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries.

After a traditional welcoming ceremony at Windsor Castle Her Majesty and The Duke of Edinburgh hosted a gala luncheon in honor of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh Visits Canada. (VIDEO)

DoEHis Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh arrived in Toronto, Canada on Friday, April 26, 2013, for a three-day visit.  Yesterday, the duke received the “…insignias of Companion of the Order of Canada and Commander of the Order of Military Merit Award” from the Governor General of Canada, Mr. David Johnson, at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.

On Saturday, the duke, as Colonel-in-Chief of The Royal Canadian Regiment, will present new Colors to the 3rd Battalion of the Royal Canadian Regiment at Queen’s Park.
