News Regarding His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh. (VIDEO)

His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh arrived in east London this afternoon to visit the “…old Victorian steamship, SS Robin.”  During his visit the duke unveiled a new plaque “…celebrating the steamship’s new permanent home at the Royal Victoria Dock…”

HRH The Duchess of Cornwall Visits the Chailey Heritage Foundation. (VIDEO)

camillaOn Wednesday, June 5, 2013, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall arrived at the Chailey Heritage Foundation in North Chailey, East Sussex, to officially open the new Life Skills Centre.   

During today’s visit the duchess, along with Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester, also unveiled a new plaque to “…celebrate the centenary of the Chailey Heritage School’s chapel…”

On the morning of June 4, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh accompanied by senior members of the British royal family attended a service at Westminster Abbey to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Her  Majesty’s coronation.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Attends a Gala Reception at St. James’s Palace.

qeiiOn June 3, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II arrived at St. James’s Palace in London to attend a gala reception for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).  Unfortunately, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh was unable to attend.

In a press release via Buckingham Palace it was announced that the 91-year-old duke was “unwell.” However, the duke will attend tomorrow’s service at Westminster Abbey commemorating the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation.
