On Saturday, July 5, 2014, His Royal Highness Prince Amedeo of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este married the lovely Miss Elisabetta Maria Rosboch von Wolkenstein at the Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere, Rome, Italy.

Prince Amedeo is the eldest son of Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses Princess Astrid of Belgium, Archduchess of Austria-Este and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este.

On the evening of June 10, 2014, Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Claire of Belgium attended the final concert of the 2014 Concours Reine Elisabeth at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels.

On Wednesday, June 4, 2014, His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium accompanied by the Prime Minister of Belgium, Mr. Elio Di Rupo, welcomed the President of the United States, Mr. Barack Obama, to the Palais Royal de Bruxelles. This evening President Obama will attend the two-day G-7 Leaders’ Summit.

On Friday, President Obama will participate in a “…ceremony at the American cemetery close to Omaha Beach, the site of the American landing in Normandy, France, and attend the official international 70th D-Day commemoration ceremony at Sword Beach in Normandy…” according to a press release via the White House.
