According to the Belgian royal court this new award will be “… presented every two years by Essenscia, the Belgian federation of chemical and life sciences, to encourage innovation in the sector of the Belgian economy.”
On Thursday, October 25, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II attended the opening of the redesigned Jubilee Gardens in London. According to the BBC News the “… recent transformation of the Jubilee Gardens was completed 35 years after they were first created in 1977 to celebrate The Queen’s Silver Jubilee.”
On October 25, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias are currently in Oviedo, Spain to participate in various events “… on the occasion of the delivery of the Premios Príncipe de Asturias 2012.”
According to the Spanish royal court, the royal couple held an audience inside the Salón de Consejos with those who were “… awarded the Medallas de Asturias de Oro y Plata 2012, the winners of the Premio Fin de Carrera 2011 from the Universidad de Oviedo, representatives of the Asociación Nuevo Futuro Asturias and the Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Asturias…” to name a few.
Afterward, Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia held hearings with representatives from the Club de Empresas Oviedo Congresos, Fundación CESPA, Brigada de Salvamento Minero, and managers from the Asociación de Salvamento de Minas.
On the evening of October 24, 2012, Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the new Versace store opening in SoHo in New York City. Guests in attendance included a bunch of really good-looking people in fabulous outfits, models, actors and musicians. Afterward, the princess attended a dinner at the Waldorf Towers with Ms. Donatella Versace and Gerard Butler to name a few.

On the evening of October 24, 2012, His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain arrived in Mumbai, India for a four-day visit. Upon his arrival the old king was greeted by the Ambassador of Spain to India, Mr. Gustavo de Arístegui.
The purpose of the trip is to “… strengthen bilateral ties in a number of areas including sectors like infrastructure, transport, energy and defense.” His Majesty is accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mr. José Manuel García-Margallo, the Minister of Defense, Mr. Pedro Morenes, the Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism, Mr. Jose Manuel Soria, and the Minister of Promotion, Ms. Ana Pastor to name a few.
Today, His Majesty attended a reception with various Indian business leaders. In his speech the old king noted, “India is a great nation with a growing influence in these increasing globalized world.” He went on to say a bunch other stuff, but it will most likely bore you to death.
Any way, the old king will meet with Maharashtra Governor K Sankaranarayanan sometime this afternoon and will attend “…high tea atRaj Bhavan tomorrow night.”
