According to the Telegraphnewspaper, His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales will attend the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, “…over the coming weeks before returning to his job as an Army helicopter pilot.”
Unfortunately, the prince will not attend the opening ceremony on August 29, 2012. However, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh along with Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra will attend the opening ceremony.
UPDATE: It was announced that His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh will not attend the opening ceremony.
It was announced by the Cour Grand-Ducale de Luxembourg that Comtesse Alix de Lannoy, the mother of Comtesse Stéphanie de Lannoy fiancée of His Royal Highness Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, has died.
The comtesse suffered a stroke on Sunday, August 26, 2012. She was 70-years old.
On the evening of August 25, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlandsalong with Their Royal Highnesses Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands attended a concert in Amsterdam entitled, LIFE: A Journey Through Time.
The concert, held at the Concertgebouw, is a unique “… combination of nature photos by the Dutch photographer, Frans Lanting, with music accompanied by the American composer, Phillip Glass…” according to RVD.
The event was also held at the “… end of the Jubliee celebration of the 50th anniversary of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the Dutch branch of the World Wildlife Fund for Nature.”
RVD also notes that the photos shown during the concert are a “… personal impression of Frans Lanting on the development life on Earth.” Furthermore, proceeds from tonight’s concert will benefit the “…protection of the Coral Triangle in South-East Asia. The coral reef is under severe pressured to overfishing, pollution and climate change.”
Well, things are about to get worse for His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales. The woman who took the images of Prince Harry in his birthday suit, during a party in his VIP suite at the Wynn Hotel in Vegas, is about to release new images of the prince along with a video.
According to the British newspaper, The Mirror, the unnamed woman “… is close to signing a broadcast and magazine deal totaling one million-dollars…” to reveal all.
Apparently, the deal includes an “… interview with a U.S. TV showand several magazines.” I suppose the show would be Entertainment Tonight or Access Hollywood. As for the magazines, perhaps they would include People, US, National Enquirer or worse that crappy rag known as, In Touch.

On Thursday, August 23, 2012, His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain visited the Centro de Emergencias 112 de la Comunidad de Madrid in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
The purpose of His Majesty’s visit was to “… learn first hand the operation of emergency services and the work performed… “ at the facility. His Majesty was accompanied the Minister of the Interior, Mr. Jorge Fernández Díaz, the Delegate of the Government in Madrid, Ms. Cristina Cifuentes, and the Mayor of Pozuelo de Alarcón, Ms. Paloma Adrados to name a few.
Also during his visit the old king along with his delegation toured the massive emergency facility as well as mingled with employees.
