HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Attends a Memorial at the Église Sainte Dévote.

On Thursday, July 28, 2016, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco attended a special Mass at the Église Sainte Dévote in Monte-Carlo in memory of Father Jacques Hamel.

Father Hamel was brutally murdered on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, while he celebrated Mass at the Église de Saint-Etienne du Rouvray in Normandy, France, by “…two [ISIS inspired] assailants…” according to the newspaper, New York Times.  Father Hamel was 85.

(VIDEO) HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Opens the 3rd Edition of the Euro Mini Jam.

On Sunday, July 24, 2016, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco officially opened the 3rd Edition of the Euro Mini Jam held at the Parc Princesse Antoinette in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.

The Euro Mini Jam gathers guides and scouts from the ages of 12-15 years from various small states in Europe including Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Iceland, Isle of Man, and Malta to participate in “…activities such as a treasure hunt, hiking, rafting or sailing.”

(VIDEO) The Prince and Princess of Monaco Attend the Gala de la Croix-Rouge Monégasque.

On the evening of Saturday, July 23, 2016, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the 68th Edition of the Gala de la Croix-Rouge Monégasque held inside the Salle Des Etoiles at the Sporting de Monte-Carlo in Monaco.

Established in 1948 by the late His Serene Highness Prince Louis II of Monaco the annual gala is held for the “… generous donors and pays tribute to the work it [the Croix-Rouge Monégasque (CRM)] has been able to carry out with the donations, which finance its actions both locally and internationally…” according to a CRM press release.

(VIDEO) HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Attends the 6th Edition of the European Art Fair.

On Tuesday, July 19, 2016, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco arrived at the Grimaldi Forum in Monte-Carlo to attend the opening of the 6th Edition of the European Art Fair: Fine Art, Antiques and Jewelry (EAF) organized by the GIE Point Art Monaco.  The sovereign prince is Patron of this prestigious four-day event.

According to a press release the EAF brings together, “… the world’s best exhibitors in ancient and modern art, objects and collectibles, and fine jewelry with the renewed participation of the Jewels of the World.  The EAF will also pay a vibrant tribute to the shared heritage of the Europe that founded great art and the Old Masters who created timeless classics.  More than ever, this year EAF Monaco is focusing on offering the world’s greatest collectors and museums desirable, prestigious works.”

(VIDEO) His Holiness Pope Francis Meets with the Prince and Princess of Monaco.

On Monday, January 18, 2016, His Holiness Pope Francis held an audience with Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco inside the Apostolic Palace at the Vatican.

During this morning’s brief meeting discussions focused on bilateral relations, environmental issues, the reception of refugees from the Middle East into Europe, and the historical ties as well as contributions of the Catholic Church in the daily lives within the Principality of Monaco.

On Tuesday, December 29, 2015, the Palais Princier de Monaco released a video interview with Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco accompanied by their adorable little ones, HSH Hereditary Prince Jacques and HSH Princess Gabriella.

The interview, filmed on December 10, 2015, inside the Salon de Glaces at the Palais Prinicer, was directed and edited by Mr. Jérôme Revon with assistance from the Archives Audiovisuelles de Monaco.

If your French is a bit rusty, don’t fret, the video interview has subtitles.

And, finally, the Palais Princier de Monaco released Année 2015 reviewing the year 2015 with the Princely family of Monaco.

(VIDEO) HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Attends a Concert at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo.

On the evening of December 17, 2015, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco and Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline of Hanover attended the 2015 Année de la Russie à Monaco closing concert held inside the stunning Salle Garnier at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo.

The sovereign prince and the princess along with hundreds of attendees were treated to a performance by pianist, Mr. Denis Matsuev, accompanied by the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo. Thursday’s performance was also held in celebration the 175th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
